Dance Day Camp
Dance, dance, dance! Dancers will spend their day experimenting with different dance styles, learning about choreography and improvisation, music for dancers, learning about dance history, stretching, learning dances, and taking dance class. Campers will learn all about dance while they have a great time at this camp. Open to ages 6 and up. No experience is necessary.

Singing, dancing, and acting! Campers will learn plays and musicals to perform for their friends and family this summer. Activities will include acting and learning lines, dance class and learning dance numbers, singing songs from musicals, costume design, basics of music, and learning about theater and its history. This camp is open to ages 6 and up. No experience is necessary.

Dance clothes: Any solid color leotard, pink or black tights, ballet or jazz shoes are recommended; dance shorts or skirts are allowed. No street clothes or baggy dancewear will be permitted.
Camp clothes: Sweat pants, dance pants, t-shirts, socks, slip-on shoes and other comfortable clothes are recommended.
Pillow or floor cushion: For use during teaching times or while watching videos.
Lunch and snack: Each camper is required to bring lunch daily. No soda or candy, please. A healthy snack is also recommended.
Water Bottle: Each camper should bring a refillable water bottle with a spill-proof top. There is a water fountain to refill throughout the day.
Hair supplies: Girls should bring supplies for securing their hair back for dance class, i.e.-bobby pins, hair ties, hair nets, brushes, combs, etc.
Notebook/Pen or pencil: All campers are required to bring a notebook to take notes and keep track of material they are learning.
Good attitude: All campers are expected to follow camp rules and come early to learn lots of fun things each day.
